Stuart H. Angert
Stuart H. Angert is the co-founder and former President and Chief Executive Officer, Remarketing Services of America, Inc. (RSA), the nation’s largest independent provider of lease services to the automotive finance industry. Prior to the formation of RSA, he served as Vice President of Marine Midland Bank (HSBC). Mr. Angert currently holds the position of President of Anvelco, Inc., Century Financial Services, LLC, and Viatrade, LLC.
Mr. Angert has had extensive experience in fundraising initiatives and strategies, having chaired annual and capital fund campaigns in the not-for-profit and academic arenas. During his tenure, total campaign contributions exceeded $100 million.
He serves on the boards of directors/trustees of Nichols School, Paul Smith’s College, Medaille College, Hauptman-Woodward Foundation, University of Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, Leadership Buffalo, Meszaros International Center for Entrepreneurship, Adirondack Park Institute, Advisory Board ECIDA Niagara Region Certified Development Company (NRCDC), KeyBank Advisory Board, and as Commissioner, New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. Stuart is Visiting Professor at University at Buffalo School of Management and Canisius Women’s Business Center. Mr. Angert holds a BA from Colgate University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.
