Brian Storms

Brian StormsBrian brings over a decade of strategic business and leadership experience spanning high-technology systems, pharmaceutical industry and military leadership roles.  He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from Mansfield University and from Alfred University with a Masters in Business Administration.   

As an international analyst at Corning, Inc., Brian participated in an enterprise-wide compensation re-design and had responsibility for the compensation banding function across six of Corning’s divisions, including Asian businesses, Steuben Glass and corporate staffs.  Additionally, Brian was the project-lead for the U.S. efforts of Corning’s global data privacy initiative. 

While completing his MBA, he served as Operations Manager for the Raymond Family Business Institute based in Alfred, NY.  In addition to fiscal management, he designed and implemented human resources processes, while launching a public relations campaign helping the Institute garner prestigious global attention for its “2003 American Family Business Survey.” 

Brian proved his commercial and sales aptitude while at Eli Lilly & Co., earning multiple national accolades as a sales representative.  He had responsibility for driving sales growth across primary care and urology specialties in Central and Western New York.  In his first year, he turned his territory from 459th (out of 510) in the United States to 4th in the nation. 

Most recently, Brian led a strategic business unit at Chadds Ford, PA-based Complete Healthcare Communications, responsible for the pre and post launch strategic publication activities for a major global pharmaceutical company. 

Brian served in the United States Army Reserve for 12 years, completing his tenure with Staff Sergeant, Drill Instructor, Combat Engineer and Small Arms Expert titles under his belt.
